This is a very important appointment when measurements and jaws relationship are recorded. Using custom made wax bite blocks our clinician will measure your jaw relation as well as record your midline and smile line. At the same appointment he will take a second set of more accurate impressions using a set of trays which are custom designed for your mouth. All this information will further aid in ensuring the right choice is made for the size and shape of the teeth which are to be used. You will then get to choose the colour of the teeth you want for your dentures.

On your third visit you get to see what your dentures will look like. The dentures are now one step away from being finished. You will get to try the waxed up dentures in your mouth. The clinician will now make sure your jaw relationship is correct and that there is accurate contact between the upper and lower teeth. You then decide if you want any adjustments made to the teeth.

4th appointment

This is the final appointment when your dentures are delivered and inserted in your mouth. Again, the clinician will ensure there is no discomfort and the bite is correct.

Please note that for partial dentures the 2nd appointment is not always necessary
